"This piece was built during a spiraling and unproductive period in the autumn of 2018. Each layer was recorded to cassette tape in long, single takes without overdubs or second attempts, forcing me to commit to the music regardless of faults or flaws. This compositional process was a cathartic one as it allowed me to reflect upon and reckon with an ugly struggle with the unhealthy and stifling pursuit of perfection."
This album is great. more smooth jazz and vibes and funky beats. A great one to check out. Thoroughly enjoyable even if it doesn't reach the same heights as the Blue/red album, the purple album or the green album, it's still solid. Stand out track is "David Madden" brettblrr
